Just decide whether you want a grizzly to do the classifying or whether you will be pre classifying the material before feeding the high banker. With a 6" wide sluice I would recommend pre classifying but you could always build it with a grizzly and do it either way. For ideas click here -> Hopper for high banker.

I also have a couple of sets that have been electro plated only. They have Pre drilled holes in X members to bolt to underside of Sluice box. The legs are 300mm long.
18 x 6 is going to be a small High banker for sure ! Depending on what you use for a water source it may be O.K. BUT if your trying to make a high banker I'd go bigger on the sluice, say 24 X 10 wide and I'd come up with several set ups on riffle's /screen / and matting for the different geology's of the creek /streams your going to work !

According to Gold Rush Trading Post, a highbanker is mounted on four legs to give the sluice box the proper slope to obtain the water. "Instead of being put right in the creek like a hand sluice, an engine with a water pump and some hoses gets the water up from the stream into the sluice or highbanker.".

PC8 & 9 should be at approx 1/8" thick aluminum or steel. 2.) Lay out and drill 7/16" holes in PC2. Make sure the holes along the bend are as close as possible to the line. This reduces water loss over the end of the box. An alternate method would be to cut out this section and weld in a piece of expanded metal as a classifier. 4.)
